Academia cookbook by Tomislav Kožić

For Bluesun Hotel Kaj Marija Bistrica, we designed, prepared and finally printed a luxurious print of the cookbook ACADEMIA by Tomislav Kožić. Appealing photographs are authored by the ever inspired Hrvoje Serdar, and the book reveals interesting recipes by the ACADEMIA restaurant master chef Tomislava Kožić. A nice sight, but an even better experience - to enjoy the tasty delicacies of the chef, right on the spot in the KAJ restaurant.
